Guy was very easy to work with, had great recommendations on where to get groceries before making our trip down, and was responsive to any questions we had on our stay.

Where to start! This was one of our best vacations we have had, we got to spend the time with friends because of the capacity of the house, the pool was used any time we were on the property as the kids were in love with it! While on our stay we also did the following: Visited the southern most point in the contiguous US, got to meet and pet a dolphin, swam in both the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean, rented a boat, fed sharks at the aquarium, went sky diving! went fishing off the walking bridge close to the house, rode jet-skis, and still had lots of time to relax with friends!

There were no problems and everyone was friendly.

We have been to the Keys so many times that we did not really sight see. We used the kayaks daily (and had more delivered so we each had one) heading out both right and left to the coves not far away. The guys fished or spear fished and we all snorkeled in the coves. The pool was used a lot and it was nice that it was cooled.

Fantastic!

We went lobstering during mini lobster season. We also fished everyday. Some of us enjoyed the nature trail at Crane Point (watch out for the banana spiders)as well as the free fish pedicure. Tim and I also got engaged during this trip and it was beautiful to be able to share that time with our family and friends. We are definitely renting again. Thank you! Mariana and Tim

Guy was a pleasure to deal with before, during, and after our vacation.

Guy was excellent. Answered all of my questions prior to arrival & was prompt when we needed him.

Boating, snorkling, sandbar, fishing, grilling, walking around the golf course at night for exercise, visiting No Name Key for the Key deer, Key West, Turtle Hospital, bike riding & disconnecting from the rat race. We are already planning our return!

Loved the pool and patio area. Rented a boat for the week and had it tied up right at the house on the canal. We had 2 Paddle Boards rented and delivered to the house which we used daily, saw Manatee's daily when Paddle Boarding. Caught Snapper, cleaned them at the fish cleaning table, and walked to the Grill with a side burner and fried them up - amazing!!

Guy is great! Easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Highlights - Snorkeling tour to reef. Day in Key West. Dinner at Fl Keys Steak and Lobster House. WooHoos outdoor lunch. Dolphin experience. Too late to book kayaks but would definitely book next time.

The restaurants are excellent especially Frank's Grill. We ate there twice in one week.

Guy was very welcoming and accommodating. He made sure everything was working and that we were settled in before leaving. It was a pleasure working with him.

We shopped. We fished. We ate. We relaxed. Enjoyed the visit by the manatees in the canal and the pelicans.

Guy was awesome! He was incredibly helpful, pleasant and took time to answer all our questions.

We rented bikes from Bike Marathon Bike Rental for the week. We had rented a pontoon boat but it broke the day before and we had to cancel.

The team was great and ensured everything was taken care of with regards to paperwork and our needs at the home

It was our second family trip and we loved the resort pool, having dinners under the huge tiki hut and playing volleyball. Vary wonderful memories for our family.

Worked with a guy and he was great! Very personable and friendly but also responsive.

We loved the Dolphin Research Center. We also rented Jet Skis from the marina next door. You get a whole different view of Marathon from the Bay. I highly recommend both.

As mentioned before, Guy was extremely helpful.

Rented a boat for the day from the marina next door, went fishing with Two Conchs out of Marathon, and went lobster hunting with Dream Catchers out of Key West, all of those were great experiences. On the property, we enjoyed kayaking and fishing.

Guy was terrific. Had one small issue with a ceiling fan. He offered to get someone over immediately to replace. Very customer service driven.

We rented a boat and took advantage of the free dock space next door at Grassy Key Marina, which I might add are some incredibly nice and helpful folks, especially Ian! Spent a ton of time in the beautiful pool. Our grand kids loved it!

Mainly enjoyed cocktails by the pool.. but we also enjoyed the Turtle Hospital, Key West and GREAT suggestion on the fishing guide! 2 dads and 2 sons had a blast fishing and caught a ton of fish (and a few had never been successful on the guided fishing tours before - so it was a bonus!)

This property was more than perfect. Our guest said it could have not been more perfect for a wedding and photos. So beautiful. Everything we dreamed of and better.

We had great interactions with Tropical Property Rentals. Found it very easy to contact and work with both prior to and during our stay. All questions/problems were promptly answered and resolved.

We did a lot of fishing off the dock and hanging out at the pool and Tiki hut. The kids enjoyed kayaking and watching the dolphins do tricks at the Dolphin Research Center. We took the boat out fishing and lobster hunting! We had a fabulous time!
