This well appointed New Home ( Construction Finished in 2021 ) is the PERFECT PLACE to kick off your families vacation! Centerally located in the Heart of Marathon, you have a whole host of Restrauants, 2 Major Grocery Stores, Tiki Bars, Shopping and much more; all within just a couple of miles of this home. 
The home -  we think it's PERFECT - Sunrise views on the front balcony and Sunset Views on the rear. Second Floor Great Room with a well appointed kitchen gives you plenty of room to spread out. Please enjoy the open ocean views from the Livingroom, Dining Area, and Kitchen :)  as they never grow old! A great covered back balcony and downstairs private pool ( with heating options ) adds a nice touch to the spacous back yard space. The deck area has additional seating, an extra fridge, and Freezer for your catch. You have 45 Feet of deep water dockage for your vessel, a dock stepdown to launch the kayaks ( yes two are included with your reservation ) and a fish cleaning station with water and night light.

Your going to love the Large Open feel of this home with all the " Hang Out " space set up on the ground and first floor, with a first floor half bath, which comes in real handy. All your sleeping quarters are tucked away on the 3rd floor and all guests have there own ensuite full baths. We really like this set-up, as we know everyone has different sleeping schedules. This makes it easy to retire at anytime " early or late " without bumping heads lol. 

Two Kayaks are supplies for our guests use with each reservation. Extra Kayaks,Bikes, Paddle Boards, Boats and more can also be rented at your convenience.
