Guy was great at communicating with us until our arrival. We had an incident earlier in the year and had to reschedule our stay. Guy was more than willing to help us and was there for our needs. My opinion about Guy is that his name is more important than money. He put his clients first. I look forward to our next stay at one of Guy's properties... Thank you again for making this happen for us, Guy. It was a great wedding.

We did a lot of kayaking, BBQ, swimming in the pool, and relaxing on the beach. The house was centralized in the Keys. Not to far from Key West and Key Largo.

Serenity Bay was absolutely wonderful! The acreage, pool, lush tropical landscape, and a gorgeous ocean view was more than we could hope for! We saw dolphins playing off the dock as well as a sea turtle and a few nurse sharks. The kayaks were very fun to explore the ocean and more sea life. Highly recommend and Serenity Bay will be our go-to for any future trips to the Keys!

The team was very prompt in answering all questions and helpful with recommendations. It was great to be met at the house and shown around when we arrived.

We absolutely loved the Dolphin Research Center! We also went to Key West, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, and Sombrero Beach. But our most favorite thing was staying and playing at our little piece of paradise at the house. The pool, the kayaks, the outdoor dining area, the fire pit, etc made for an enjoyable time for my family. The sunsets were beyond amazing!

Tropical Property Rentals and Guy Moreau specifically went above and beyond to help us keep our vacation plans on track when my husband needed unexpected heart surgery. Their kindness and assistance was unparalleled.

The snorkeling adventure was new a great fun.

We worked with Guy and he was exceptional at communicating and easy to work with. Everything in the home was great and we would absolutely rent it again.

Guy was a pleasure to work with. Our first rental was cancelled due to the owner, but Guy relocated us to this home and it was amazing! He was always available to answer my questions via email or text which was greatly appreciated!

Guy was amazing! Any time I had a question and emailed or texted him, he got back to me immediately. He was friendly and helpful.

Snorkeling, exploring, boating, beach days!

We have a very pleasant stay the home is comfortable and had some nice updates we were not aware of until check in. Very pleased with that. Our property manager was wonderful!

My husband did some fishing, we traveled down to Key West which is a very short easy drive. The eating establishments, which are too many to mention, are wonderful!

Working with Guy was very easy and painless. No matter how big or small the question, he would answer in a timely manner. Easiest rental we've ever had.

Bonfires on the beach, watching sealife from the dock, late night swims were all things we did on property. Off property we swam with dolphins, turtle hospital, walked 7 mile bridge at both ends, visited Key West, fed Tarpon at Robbies, visited many of the state parks, Aquarium Encounters and so much more

Guy was very helpful anytime I had questions. The A/C went out our first day and it went up to 90* in the house. Guy was out of town but worked very hard to get someone out there to fix it as soon as possible and kept us updated on the status.

We went to key west, sombrero beach, Bahia Honda, the turtle hospital, and spent time lobstering during mini season. It was a great week!

Guy is always so great with communication. He makes the rental process so easy.

The home is very accommodating to keep our boat on site. We LOVE the screened in porchused that area as much as the pool area. The pool is large enough for floaties of all sizes and accommodates multiple people without any crowding! We love that we can hear the awesome music from Dockside if youre outside, but the house itself inside is completely soundproof to whats happening outside. The area is fabulous to have daily walks or bike rides. This trip we parasailed and fed the tarpon at Robbies, we did a dolphin adventure at Hawks Cay, we went to the Aquarium, snorkeling at Sombrero Lighthouse, caught/released shark and tarpon out at the Everglades, and spent an afternoon at a sand bar.

Met with Guy on a couple of occasions and he is a great person. Provides all the info you need, and you can contact him when needed.

Went to Key West for a day and a snorkeling trip. The best time was hanging out in the yard and pool cannot be beat! Cannot wait to return!

Had a wonderful stay and communication with the rental staff was very timely.

We rented a boat and docked at the marina next door. It was very convenient. We loved watching the sunsets every evening and playing in the big pool.

Guy was amazing! He waited for us until after 10pm because our flight was delayed. He gave us a tour of the property and showed us how everything worked and said to call him Anytime if we needed something, which we did. We had an issue with the Split system ACs in master bedroom - tech came and cleaned them really well and they worked like a charm after that cleaninghe did say that he had been warning that they needed a good cleaning. Sink in guest house was leaking pretty bad from base and guy had a plumber here the same day. Again, Guy was responsive to texts the entire time. Most other properties weve stayed at were never this responsive so our hats off to the great service from Guy!!!

We spent most of our time around the amazing pool and landscapes backyard!! Watching our kids play kickball on the beach. Trip to key west. Are out at some amazing restaurants. Grilled some amazing meals on the brand new gas grill. Fresh shrimp from Fish Tales up the road about 6-7 miles. Aquarium in Marathon. Kayaks were a great addition. The little convenience store within walking distance was great for adult beverages, ice, some food. Did some fishing off the dock but no dice. We did get to see some nurse sharks right off the dock!

Guy was great to work with, pleasant and friendly!
