We love to fish, so fishing from the beach/dock was one of our favorite activities!

Again, Guy was very helpful, something you do not get with a vrbo rental. Working directly gave us the one on one help. He was terrific.

Conch custard was a nightly stop. Aquarium encounters was a nice place to see and explore. Bahia honda state park was awesome as usual. Was nice having the boat next to house and going out on the gulf, snorkeled the sombrero reef, enjoying the pool was relaxing as well.

Where to start? Pool time was exquisite, we had a visit from a manatee that thrilled our grandkids, there were cutthroat ping pong tournaments waged among the offspring, our one son landed not one but two juvenile tarpon from one of your kayaks, some attempted almost life-sized chess and cornhole, and that was all on property! We also visited the Dolphin Research Center, the Aquarium and the Turtle Hospital. We had a total of three fishing charters so there was ample fish for hook and cook. A fantastic vacation!!!!

We rented a boat from the marina next door for three days. While we were not able to keep the boat docked at the home, it was easy to make the short walk to access it.

Guy Moreau was outstanding to work with. Would recommend him to anybody.

Swimming in heated pool was a blessing for families coming in from wintery MN and Colorado. Paddled kayaks around the bay. Small grandchildren enjoyed the sandy area & looking at animals in water & around property (nurse sharks, horseshoe crabs, iguanas, any number of tropical birds). Toured the Crane Mansion property. Enjoyed the Island Fish Market & the Wooden Spoon. Went out on charter boat twice with Captain Jeff. Visited Key West & state parks. Adults sat outside in the evenings and played board games in the beautiful covered area. Enjoyed lots more activities, too numerous to list.

We had several children on this vacation and they did the dolphin experience at the Dolphin Research Center and we also visited the Turtle Hospital. Both experiences were excellent! The kids were perfectly content staying at the vacation property/ the pool was very enjoyable, the kayaking was entertaining and the amount of space this property had was perfect!

Guy was easy to work with. Answered emails and texts promptly. Had an issue with shower handle and he came that same day and fixed.

Guy was great to deal with. He promptly responded to all of our inquiries.

We fished of the dock and hung out in the pool and hot tub most days. 2 of the days we drove to Key West for dinner and sightseeing.

Guy was quick to respond and had excellent communication skills.

Snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, jet ski rental, all within minutes of the rental.

It was refreshing to have local support and not a remote person to call.

We loved the local aquarium, watching sunset using the kayaks, day trip to Key West, visit to brewery in Islamadora, brunch at the Wooden Spoon.

Guy was friendly and informative.

We went to The Lagoon at Grassy Key and had the best time. The kids had a blast, the staff was great and the food and drinks were awesome!

We had a boat delivered to the property, so we went out multiple times of the day fishing or just cruising. Several of us took a ride to Key West on Duval Street for night time fun. Kids and adults enjoyed seeing the manatees and iguanas around the dock. Big fun!

Guy was absolutely amazing. His attention to details and quick response to questions was so great!

We saw manatees from the dock. There are also large iguanas in the trees. Fun to watch and find them each day. The pool and spa were amazing. The fire pit and seating was our favorite hangout. Spent most of our time outside unless the nats got too bad. No Natz works pretty well for most. Master bedroom was great. Nice that it was on one side away from the other bedrooms. Very comfortable bed and linens.

I loved the team! It was a smoothless experience.

We brought out boat so we did a lot of boating. We also went to the turtle hospital. We wanted to do dry tortugas but you must book way out in advance

Guy is great, and provides perfect service.

-Day trip to Key West is always a highlight (75 min drive). We spend the entire day there. -Sombrero Beach is an awesome beach. Great for families. -Favorite restaurants: Keys Fisheries, Island Fish Co., Porkys, Hogfish Bar & Grill (Stock Island), Sweet Savannahs AND Conch Custard for ice cream! -Key Lime Pie from as many diff places as possible. Sweet Savannahs, SS Wreck, and BlueHeaven were our top 3 in the keys. -Kids got a big kick out of the deer on Big Pine Key. They have zero fear of people and will literally walk inches past you. We ate at No Name Pub (food was just ok, but cool location and charm). There were several deer in the parking lot there. -we attended a turtle release at Sombrero. My kids enjoyed that as well. Pay attention to Facebook for dates. Apparently it happens somewhat often. -we spent a lot of time at home as well. The backyard is almost like a mini-resort. Much time spent swimming in the pool, kayaking in the canal, drinks by the fire at night, and just soaking up the sun!
